Unfortunately, once the order is placed, we cannot cancel your order.

Any size changes or colour changes may be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to info@newnormclothing.com and we will do our best to reflect those changes.

Unfortunately, you cannot request customization but we hope to add the option to customize your order soon... so stay tuned!

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order, a subsequent order will need to be placed.

Email confirmations are sent to the corresponding email placed during purchase. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, please email info@newnormclothing.com.

Please email info@newnormclothing.com within 72 hours of receiving the item alongside with photos of the item and order number.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we are not held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please reach out to Canada Post or FedEx directly.
